Surrounded by nature\, participants will enjoy a gentle\, all-levels practice designed to help you slow down\, recharge\, and connect with the landscape. Whether you’re a regular practitioner or a beginner\, it’s a unique way to experience one of Sharon Land Trust’s beautiful preserves.  \nParticipants should bring their own yoga mat and any accessories they may wish to use.
