SUMMARY:Volunteer Work Day: Goodbody Preserve
DESCRIPTION:Join our stewardship team of staff and volunteers on a short\, fun outing to our stunning Goodbody Preserve. The work will mainly focus on cutting back trail overgrowth and clearing downed trees (only if you are comfortable and experienced with chainsaws). This hike is considered moderately difficult. Volunteer days are a great way to meet cool people\, get some exercise\, and do some good for our trails–no previous experience required! \nWe often have a picnic lunch after we finish\, feel free to bring some food! \n\nThursday\, June 18\n10:00 AM – 12:00 PM\n140 Millerton Rd\n\nEmail timhunter@sharonlandtrust.org if you are interested in joining us or if you have any questions.
